Where can the orders be shipped to?

At this time, we exclusively provide services within the United States. To maintain the high standards of our service, we have temporarily suspended international shipping. This decision is driven by ongoing challenges in the global shipping landscape.

How long will it take to deliver my package?

Our store’s order processing time ranges from 1 to 2 business days. Our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (CST), Monday through Sunday. Orders purchased after 5:00 PM (CST) will be processed and shipped in the following business days (postponed for holidays).

Suppose the order processing time is longer than 10 business days without special notes. In that case, we have two processing options; one is to refund directly without shipping, and the other is to arrange a shipment as soon as possible and offer a $5 coupon as compensation.

We currently provide Standard Delivery and Express Delievery for all orders, for Standard Delievery, product transit time is 3 – 12 business days; for Express Delivery, it will be 1 – 5 business days.

How much do I have to pay for shipping?

We support both Standard delivery and Express delivery and can ship over $50 with the following postage calculations:

How do I track my order?

Please contact customer service for order information after shipment, if you have created a login account with us, you can track your order by logging directly into your account and accessing the order status page.

Once your payment has been approved, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a second email (may take up to 48 hours) with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

What if I don’t receive the products for a long time?

Please first confirm whether your receiving information is filled in correctly. If the receiving information is incorrect, please be responsible for it yourself. If the receiving information is correct and you still have not received the product more than 60 natural days after shipping, you can choose to get a refund or have the product reshipped.

What if the products are lost in transit?

We are not responsible for the products lost in transit, but we can help you contact the logistics company.
