Return guidelines

  • When requesting a return, please ensure that the product’s tags are intact and the items are in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
  • The original packaging of the products should be undamaged and free from contamination, with the price tag intact to ensure the secondary sales status is unaffected.
  • In case of product quality issues, such as severe stitching defects, deformities, uneven dyeing, significant damage, or grease, eligible items can be exchanged.
  • For items that are unused and in pristine condition, returns are accepted. However, if items show signs of wear, stains, or smells, we reserve the right to refuse returns. The final decision on this matter will be at our discretion.

Return process

Apply for return. After you receive the goods, you can log in to the website and contact us by phone or email to submit the return application.

Fill in the reason for return or replacement. Please specify the products you need to return and replace, the reason for return and replacement, the quantity of return and replacement, and the description of the return and replacement, and upload the voucher.

To be reviewed by customer service. After you submit the return and replacement application, the customer service review is expected to take 1-2 business days.

Please note that returns without RMA (Return Authorization) numbers are not acceptable. No return without prior communication will be accepted. Refunds will be made through the same payment method used when purchasing, and we will not charge any replenishment fee.

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel the order within 30 minutes after placing the order. We will process your order cancellation request within 24 working hours. After the cancellation is successful, the refund will be returned to your payment account.

It should be noted that the shipping fee is not included in the refund, please check the product information carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions or need help, please feel free to contact us, we will do our best to help you.

When will the refund arrive?

Your refund amount will be returned to the order account within 1-2 business days after the refund application is approved, depending on the payment method you used when placing the order. If it is not returned within 5 business days, please contact us at contact@icewaterfiltration.com.
